It’s hard to review something I never received. I kindly reached out to the seller multiple times and asked for a status update on my order or a refund only to be promised on 3 separate occasions that it would be shipped within the week. This was beyond the estimated shipping window for the USPS label that was initially created. I then tried reaching out to the seller, again, a fourth and final time for a refund and have yet to receive a response. This shocked me after seeing the countless number of positive reviews the seller has.
