I reached out to the seller about needing an item for my daughter’s 1st bday party. The seller stated that my item would arrive on time and it arrived two weeks after the party. What makes matters worse is that the seller was local. All my other items (all except one seller was out of town) before the party. So I don’t understand why a personalized cake sign would take that long. They are also not timely with responding to messages. Would not recommend.

Owner created a shipping label, but never shipped the package. I reached out on two different occasions asking for the status of my package with a response of she will “check into it.” I have still not got a response on where my package is. I wish I would’ve read previous reviews as it appears this is not abnormal for this shop owner. Very disappointed and do NOT recommend this shop.
